Verhavio ("we", "our", or "us") operates verhavio.com and provides NFC-based Google Review management services for local businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our platform.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and password.

Business information: We collect your Google Business Profile name, address, and Google Place ID to connect your account to your business.

Google Reviews data: We access and store your Google Reviews (author name, rating, review text, and date) to display them in your dashboard and generate AI-powered reply suggestions.

Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

Usage data: We collect standard web analytics data such as pages visited and features used.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Verhavio dashboard and services
• To sync your Google Reviews and display them in your account
• To generate AI-powered reply suggestions using Anthropic's Claude API
• To process payments via Stripe
• To send transactional emails related to your account
• To improve our platform and customer experience

4. Google API Data

Verhavio uses the Google Places API to access your business's public Google Reviews. We use this data solely to display your reviews within your Verhavio dashboard and to help you manage and respond to them. We do not sell, share, or use your Google Reviews data for any purpose other than providing the Verhavio service.

When you authorize Verhavio to access your Google Business Profile, we use that access only to read and respond to reviews on your behalf as directed by you through our platform.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following service providers:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Stripe — payment processing
• Anthropic — AI reply suggestions (review text only, no personal data)
• Google — Places API for review data
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted upon request.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security in our database, and secure authentication via Supabase. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

9. Children's Privacy

Verhavio is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
